Our goal is to improve visitor experiences and support professionals and organizations working in the field of heritage interpretation.
We offer comprehensive support, training and specialist resources to improve the practice of heritage interpretation, both at an interpersonal and organizational level.
Our service is aimed at mediators, educational and scientific facilitators, teachers, tourist guides, historians, naturalists, park wardens, working in various places such as museums, national parks, zoos, botanical gardens, aquariums, historical and cultural sites, theme parks, planetariums and other sites where the value of natural and cultural heritage is shared and appreciated.
